Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. While the building was not manned, the staff was quite responsive over booking/phone.
Negative: This might be a personal preference thing, but I am not a fan of having to download yet another app to use as a digital key. Also only the phone number was required to access the booking. This does not seem secure. It was possible to get a normal key card once there, and the check in was quick and smooth all in all.
